Art works by local First Nations Artists are on display at the Rollin Art Centre Gallery, on the corner of 8th Ave. and Argyle St. Artists include Ray Sim with unframed limited edition prints, Jason Titian with hand carved masks, Tom Paul with red cedar carvings, Joshua Prescott with framed limited edition print, Tobias "Bear" Watts with a hand carved salmon and Kelley Foxcroft-Poirier with acrylic paintings. Tambura Rasa stands out as a group that has formed a worthwhile synthesis of music from many cultures. Ivan Tucakov leads the group playing electrifying Flamenco, Balkan and Sharqi beats with sensual Flamenco and belly dancing.
